A Signage Set for the Prychal 8 Development
A large structure on the unfinished facade, a fascia on the sales pavilion, and the same emblem inside the hall. For a developer, signage works long before the building exists.

A developer sells something that does not exist yet, so there are several audiences to reach at once. The furthest away is the driver on the main road who sees a building in scaffolding. For them, a large structure with the name and phone number went onto the unfinished facade: there is no design brief there, only a brief about size and contrast against concrete.
Then the sales office itself. The pavilion got a full-width fascia: the figure-8 logo centred, the name on the left, "Sales office" on the right, and the developer's own mark as a separate block. Reading order matters more than beauty here: people have to understand at a glance that this is not a shop.
Last is the hall inside. The same emblem hangs there in a quieter version, lit by spotlights. It is the backdrop people sign contracts and photograph keys against, so it was made without extra gloss: what matters is that it looks right in a phone photo.
