TheFace is a full-cycle outdoor-advertising manufacturer. We design, build and install signs with our own crew, no subcontractors — from sketch to a lit facade. Our own workshop is at 29 Olzhycha St.

We give you an exact price after we visit and measure at your site across Ukraine. It depends on the size, the material (metal, acrylic, composite or PVC) and the type of lighting, so it can't be guessed sight-unseen. The visit, survey and quote are free; leave a request and we'll price your specific facade.
How long does production take?
Simple signs are made in a few working days; complex builds — 3D letters, neon, lightboxes — take longer. We give an exact timeline after the survey and design sign-off. We manufacture in our own workshop across Ukraine, so we keep the schedule ourselves, with no outside contractors.
Do I need a permit for a sign?
Usually yes: an outdoor sign needs a placement approval (a sign passport) — which is not the same as advertising permission. We'll tell you exactly which documents your facade needs and help you prepare them. The on-site visit and consultation are free.
Which material is best for a sign?
It depends on the facade and the job; there's no single “best” material. We work with four main ones: metal is strong and presentable, acrylic gives clean edges and even light, composite is a light base for a solid panel, and PVC is practical for simple flat signs. At the free survey we'll advise what best suits your wall and the weather, and every finished sign carries a one-year warranty.
Do you come out for a survey?
Yes. We visit your site anywhere in Ukraine free of charge, take measurements and give you a written quote. Once you confirm the order, we prepare the design and a 3D visualization on a photo of your facade — day and night — before anything is built.
What's the warranty?
Every sign comes with a one-year warranty, and after it we keep servicing the sign — replacing lighting components and repairing as needed. We install with our own crew of 10+ years' experience across Ukraine, so the result is on us, with no subcontractors.
Do you install it yourselves?
Yes — installation is done by our own crew with 10+ years' experience and our own height equipment, no outside contractors. We work across Ukraine and keep the whole cycle, from manufacturing to install, in one pair of hands.
Do you deliver signs to the EU?
Yes. We manufacture across Ukraine, then deliver and install for Ukrainian businesses in three EU countries — Poland, Czechia and Germany. The one-year warranty applies there too.
How long has TheFace been around?
We've been working since 1996 — our own sign manufacturing, with the workshop at 29 Olzhycha St in Kyiv. We handle the full cycle as one team: design, fabrication and installation by our own crew with 10+ years' experience. So the timelines and quality are on us.
