Signs for coffee shops

Coffee shop signs across Ukraine, made full-cycle by TheFace: 3D letters over the entrance, a menu board, window branding, a neon piece in the room. We design, manufacture and install with our own crew, no subcontractors — and the gallery below shows real work we've done for this trade.

What we make

Signs for coffee shops

A coffee shop lives off the people walking past: to work in the morning, out for a stroll in the evening. The decision to stop for coffee takes a couple of seconds, so the sign has to say "coffee here" from a distance and stay noticeable in morning light and after dark. The format is usually small — a narrow facade, a corner unit or a pickup window — so every element has to earn its place.

For a coffee shop we make more than the sign over the entrance. There's the menu board and specials board, "coffee to go" lettering on the glass, and inside a neon logo or phrase for photos on social media. We match the materials and warm light to the mood of your place, and you can see what we've already made in the gallery on this page.

  • 3D letters or a facade sign over the entrance — warm LED that reads in the morning and after dark
  • A blade (end-wall) sign or bracket so the coffee shop is seen along the street, not only head-on
  • Menu board, specials board and a "coffee to go" A-frame by the door
  • Window branding: name, logo and opening hours on the glass
  • An interior neon sign or logo on the wall for a photo spot — neon signs are a separate service of ours
  • An acrylite or slim illuminated plate at the entrance — clean, even light
  • A lightbox over the pickup window for bright evening glow — lightboxes are a separate service too
How we work

The result is on us

We start with a free visit to your coffee shop: we look at the facade, the window, the entrance and where people see you from in the morning and the evening. Once you confirm the order, we prepare a 3D visualization on a photo of your real facade — day and night — so you see how the sign and lettering will read before anything is made. Then we manufacture everything in metal, acrylic or composite, install it with our own crew of 10+ years' experience, and back it with a one-year warranty plus service afterwards.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to make signage for a coffee shop?

It depends on what's in the order: a single sign over the entrance is ready sooner, while a full set — sign, menu board, neon and window branding — takes longer. We give an exact timeline at the survey, once we see the scope.

Can you do all the coffee shop's signage in one style?

Yes. We make the entrance sign, menu board, window lettering and the neon inside in a single style — to your logo and colours. If you don't have an identity yet, we'll help with the design and show it all in 3D before manufacturing.

Can we add a neon sign inside for photos?

Yes. A neon logo or phrase on the wall works well as a photo spot guests post on social media. It's a separate TheFace service — we'll suggest what suits your interior and show it in 3D.

Will the sign be visible in the morning, when a coffee shop is busiest?

Yes. We match the contrast and size to morning light, and warm LED keeps the name noticeable after dark too. On the night-time 3D visualization you'll see how the coffee shop glows before anything is built.
