Neon Signs

Neon signs are lettering, logos and contours “laid out” in a flexible glowing tube. TheFace bends and lays them out at its own bench — on 12V LED neon or classic glass — and installs across Ukraine: from sketch and a 3D visualization on your facade to installation by our own crew, no subcontractors.

What we make

Neon Signs

Neon doesn't fill an area, it draws a line. A flexible tube follows the outline of your logo, a cursive word or any shape. That's why people reach for neon where a sign should draw rather than glow evenly — over the bar, on a salon wall, in a photo zone.

Flexible LED neon is a silicone tube with an LED strip inside, running on a safe 12V supply. It stays cool, doesn't shatter the way glass does, and lasts longer. Classic glass neon gives the authentic warm gas glow people love for a retro look, but the tube is fragile and needs careful handling. We show you both in 3D and advise which one fits your spot.

  • Flexible 12V LED neon — a line of light bent exactly to your logo, word or shape
  • Classic glass neon — the warm gas glow for a retro-style bar or venue
  • Handwritten and cursive neon lettering on a clear acrylic backer cut to shape
  • Colored runs — one tube glows one color, several tubes give several
  • Photo zones and accent signs for bars, cafes and salons
  • Interior slogans and signs over the bar or the reception desk

What we need to price it

The quote is free. What happens next depends on whether you already have artwork.

You have artwork

Send it with a photo of the site — we’ll say what has to change in the construction, and price it.

No artwork yet

We start with a survey — from photos of the facade or on site. We’ll advise on format and construction. The visualization comes once you confirm the order.

How we work

The result is on us

We start with a free site visit, survey and quote. Once you confirm the order, we prepare a 3D visualization of your neon on a photo of your real facade or wall — by day and lit at night — so you see the exact color and glow before we bend a single tube. The neon is bent and laid out at the bench in our own workshop at 29 Olzhycha St, on an acrylic backer or along the letter contours, in 12V LED neon or classic glass. Lettering is done in about a week; a multi-run logo takes longer. Our own crew, with 30+ years of installs, mounts it — on the wall or on a clear acrylic backer. You get a one-year warranty and we keep servicing it: if a run ever stops lighting, we replace it.

Pricing

What goes into the price of a sign

The price of a sign depends on the facade, size and material, so we don't publish a single price list. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and you get an exact figure fast.

  • Size and dimensions

A bigger sign means more material, fixings and hours on the install. We size the letter height to your facade width and the distance the sign has to be read from.

  • Materials

Metal, acrylic, composite and PVC differ in both price and lifespan. A metal sign runs higher than PVC but lasts longer; at the survey we recommend the material for your facade and weather, not for the price list.

  • Lighting and electrics

A non-illuminated sign costs less than a lit one: no LED modules, power supply or electrical work. Front-lit and halo-lit price separately too, and neon and lightboxes are our own offerings with their own pages.

  • Installation

Install cost comes down to height, how hard the access is, and the wall material — brick, plaster, composite or glass. A sign over the entrance and a structure up under the roof are very different amounts of crew work and equipment.

  • Approvals and permits

Some builds — blade signs over the pavement, rooftop signs, stelae on a site — need a placement approval. Where that applies, we tell you what to file and fold it into the quote.

  • Layout complexity

A single word prices differently from a logo with fine detail, a set of plaques or a full floor of wayfinding. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and the 3D visualization on a photo of your facade comes after you confirm the order — so the look is agreed before manufacturing.

Simple signs are ready in a few working days, more complex structures take longer. The exact term is set in your quote.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

LED neon or classic glass — which should I pick?

Flexible LED neon runs on a safe 12V supply, stays cool, doesn't shatter and lasts longer — which is why it suits most signs, photo zones and interiors. Classic glass gives an authentic warm gas glow for a retro look, but the tube is fragile. We'll show you both in 3D and advise for your spot.

Can you bend neon into my logo or my own handwriting?

Yes — that's the whole point of neon: the tube bends to follow any line, from cursive to a shaped contour. A complex logo goes on a clear acrylic backer cut to shape, so the sign looks like it's floating on the wall. We agree the shape in 3D before we manufacture.

How many colors can one sign have?

A single tube glows one color along its whole length, so for several colors we combine several runs. The palette is wide — from warm and cool white to red, pink, blue or green. We match the color to your brand and show it in 3D before we build.

Is neon safe and cool enough for a photo zone or interior?

12V LED neon is cool to the touch and low-voltage, so it sits happily in an interior, a photo zone or over the bar. It works just as well on a facade. Our own crew installs it, you get a one-year warranty and ongoing service.

Will a neon sign survive outdoors — rain, frost, summer heat?

Yes: for outdoor signs we use LED neon in a sealed silicone jacket and put the power supply in a protected enclosure. LEDs don't mind frost, so the line glows just as evenly in winter as in summer. Classic glass is a rarer pick for an open facade — outdoors, LED is the sturdier choice.

Can I order a neon sign from another city, without meeting in Kyiv?

Yes — we take orders from all over Ukraine. A photo of the wall or facade with its dimensions is enough for a free quote; the details are agreed remotely. We then deliver the finished sign and install it with our own crew.
