Signs for developers & residential

Signs for property developers and residential complexes across Ukraine — from branding the construction hoarding and the sales office to the complex name on the facade, an entrance stele and wayfinding across the grounds. We design, manufacture and install with our own crew, no subcontractors.

What we make

Signs for developers & residential

A developer sells apartments before the complex is finished, then lives with the built development for years. So the signage works in two stages. First the site hoarding and the sales office have to stop a buyer from the road and show the future complex's name. Later that same name sits on the facade of the occupied building, and it has to look just as good.

We keep the whole site in one style: from the banner on the hoarding to the stele at the entrance, the building numbers and the courtyard signs. A resident or visitor finds their way without asking. The large structures — the name on the facade, rooftop letters, stelae — we engineer on a steel frame for wind and weight and install with our own crew of 10+ years' experience. We work across Ukraine and for Ukrainian developers in Poland, Czechia and Germany.

  • The complex name and logo on the facade — dimensional letters in composite, acrylic and metal, with or without LED lighting
  • The complex name on a rooftop steel frame — read from the highway and neighbouring blocks (our separate rooftop-sign line)
  • Stelae and pylon markers at the entrance — branding the entrance and the parking (our separate stele and pylon service)
  • Wayfinding across the complex: building and entrance numbers, signs to the parking, the playground and the sports area
  • Construction-hoarding branding — banner and mesh on the fence with the name, a render of the future complex and "Apartments for sale"
  • A sign and logo for the sales office or show apartment — a facade sign, with our separate lightbox service on hand for a bright evening glow over the entrance
  • Plaques for entrances and floors, and information boards — acrylic, metal, engraving
How we work

The result is on us

We start with a free visit to the site — the construction lot, the sales office or the finished grounds — and a survey and quote for the facades, the entrance and the mounting points. Once you confirm the order, we prepare a 3D visualization of the sign on a photo of your own facade or entrance, day and night, so you see the complex name in place before anything is built. Then we manufacture the structures in composite, acrylic, metal and steel frame and install them with our own crew of 10+ years' experience, including the large pieces at height. We give a one-year warranty and keep servicing afterwards.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

Can you keep the whole complex in one style — from the site hoarding to the finished courtyard?

Yes. We run the whole complex from one hand: the banner on the hoarding, the sales-office sign, the name on the facade, the entrance stele and the courtyard wayfinding — one style, one contractor. The look doesn't fall apart when the building site turns into an occupied complex.

Do you handle wayfinding across the grounds — building numbers, entrances and parking?

Yes. We do the full wayfinding: building and entrance numbers, signs to the parking, the playground and the sports area, and information stelae. Residents and visitors find their way without asking, and a courier locates the right entrance quickly.

Who installs the large pieces at height — the name on the facade or the rooftop letters?

Our own crew, with 10+ years' experience and no third-party contractors. We engineer the load-bearing part of rooftop signs and facade letters on a steel frame for wind load and weight, so the structure holds securely. Once it's up, it stays on us — a one-year warranty and service afterwards.

Do we need a permit for an entrance stele or a large facade sign?

For free-standing stelae and large facade structures, usually yes. During the on-site visit we assess your specific site, tell you which documents are needed and help you prepare them.
