Bilingual Halo-Lit Sign for the NIBULON Office
The Cyrillic and Latin versions come out different widths at the same point size, so the logo went between them and does the work of a symmetry axis.

The company uses its name in two alphabets, and on the sign they have to carry equal weight. The trouble is that the Cyrillic and Latin versions come out different widths at the same point size, and set side by side they tip the composition over.
We pushed the two versions apart and put the logo between them. It acts as the axis of symmetry: the eye reads the mark in the centre and takes the two names as mirrored halves, even though they physically differ by several centimetres. The Cyrillic is pale and the Latin green, matching the mark, so the line does not read as one long unintelligible word.
The lighting is halo, across the full length. The wall is pale brick, so the glow lands softly with no hard patches. The logo is built separately in several layers and has its own halo, which makes it the most visible element at night.
