Design & Visualization

Sign design and 3D visualization from TheFace — a full design project for your future sign plus a visualization on your real facade across Ukraine, day and night. You see the finished sign and approve it before anything is manufactured.

What we make

Design & Visualization

We show it first, then build it. You get the sign design and a 3D visualization placed onto a photo of your actual facade — so you can see how it looks by day and how it lights up at night.

This step is for owners who want to see the result before production. You choose the size, font, color and lighting calmly, without guesswork — and with no surprises on installation day.

  • Sign design project: size, fonts, colors and composition for your facade
  • 3D visualization of the sign on a photo of your real facade, not a template
  • Day and night views — how the sign reads in daylight and glows after dark
  • Several options and revisions until the mockup is right for you
  • Layout tailored to the sign type — 3D letters, lightbox, neon
  • A finished mockup that goes straight into manufacturing and install by our own crew
How we work

The result is on us

We start with a free on-site visit and facade survey, and give you a quote right away. Then comes the design project and a 3D visualization on your real photo, in both day and night views. You review it, we make revisions, you approve. Only then does the sign go into production and installation by our own crew, with a one-year warranty. Design and visualization are part of the full cycle — no subcontractors.

Specs

Key specifications

Key specificationsDesign & Visualization
MaterialsThe design specifies the sign’s real materials — acrylic, aluminum composite, metal, LED modules
Typical sizesDimensions depend on the facade and reading distance; the approved mockup lists the sign’s exact sizes
LightingThe mockup specifies the lighting type — face-lit, halo-lit or a combination — along with the night view
PlacementDesigned for the actual spot — facade, storefront or interior — tied to the real building
Lead timeSimple mockups take a few business days; projects with several options and lighting versions take longer
Warranty & serviceOne-year warranty on the sign built to the approved design and its installation; service continues after
When the 3D is madeThe 3D render on your facade photo comes after you confirm the order — in day and night views
Pricing

What goes into the price of a sign

The price of a sign depends on the facade, size and material, so we don't publish a single price list. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and you get an exact figure fast.

  • Size and dimensions

A bigger sign means more material, fixings and hours on the install. We size the letter height to your facade width and the distance the sign has to be read from.

  • Materials

Metal, acrylic, composite and PVC differ in both price and lifespan. A metal sign runs higher than PVC but lasts longer; at the survey we recommend the material for your facade and weather, not for the price list.

  • Lighting and electrics

A non-illuminated sign costs less than a lit one: no LED modules, power supply or electrical work. Front-lit and halo-lit price separately too, and neon and lightboxes are our own offerings with their own pages.

  • Installation

Install cost comes down to height, how hard the access is, and the wall material — brick, plaster, composite or glass. A sign over the entrance and a structure up under the roof are very different amounts of crew work and equipment.

  • Approvals and permits

Some builds — blade signs over the pavement, rooftop signs, stelae on a site — need a placement approval. Where that applies, we tell you what to file and fold it into the quote.

  • Layout complexity

A single word prices differently from a logo with fine detail, a set of plaques or a full floor of wayfinding. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and the 3D visualization on a photo of your facade comes after you confirm the order — so the look is agreed before manufacturing.

Simple signs are ready in a few working days, more complex structures take longer. The exact term is set in your quote.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

How much does design and 3D visualization cost?

The site visit, survey and quote are free. The price of the design itself depends on the complexity of the sign, the number of options and the type of lighting. We'll calculate it once we've seen your facade.

What do I get before manufacturing?

A finished 3D visualization of the sign on a photo of your real facade — day and night. You can see exactly how it will look and light up before production starts.

Can I make changes to the mockup?

Yes. We prepare options and adjust the size, font, color and lighting until you approve the mockup. Only the version you've signed off on goes into production.

What do you need from me to start the design?

Almost nothing: we take the photos and exact facade measurements ourselves during the free site visit. If you have a logo or brand book, send it over — we’ll build your brand colors and typefaces into the mockup. If not, we’ll propose options from scratch.

Can I order the design if I’m in another city?

Yes — we work across all of Ukraine. You send photos and dimensions of your facade, or we arrange a survey visit, and you review and approve the mockup and 3D render online. The sign is then made at our own workshop, and our own crew handles the installation on site.

How do you decide the sign’s size and readability?

We start from the facade survey and the distance the sign will be read from — the sidewalk, the road or a parking lot. Letter height and font weight are chosen for that distance, and you can check the result right on the visualization, at the true scale of the building.
