Service & Repair
We repair, service and remove signs across Ukraine with our own crew. Every sign we make carries a one-year warranty, and we've been installing and servicing signs for over 10 years.
WARRANTY · 1 YEARService & Repair
A sign works outdoors all year, so in time the lighting can burn out, the surface can dull, and the mounts can work loose. We repair and service signs, both our own and ones built by others.
Every sign we make carries a one-year warranty, and we keep servicing it afterwards as needed. When a sign has to come down before a repair, a move or a rebrand, our crew removes it cleanly, without damaging the facade.
- Warranty servicing for the whole first year after install
- Replacing burnt-out LEDs, power supplies and lighting parts
- Restoring surfaces, letters and loosened mounts
- Repairing signs we didn't make
- Removing a sign before a move, rebrand or replacement
- Scheduled maintenance once the warranty ends
The result is on us
We start with a free site visit: we inspect the sign in place and tell you straight away what's wrong. Warranty issues on our own products are sorted with no fuss, and the warranty runs a full year. From there we work the full cycle: the same crew that installed the sign repairs and removes it, with our own equipment for work at height. Once the warranty ends, we stay in touch and keep the sign serviced.
Key specifications
| Materials | LED modules, power supplies, acrylic, composite, metal, mounts — every part a sign is built from |
|---|---|
| Power | Sign lighting typically runs on 12 V via a power supply; we check the wiring and swap failed supplies |
| Mounting | Our own install crew with 10+ years of experience; we bring our own access equipment for height work |
| Placement | Facade, rooftop and interior signs anywhere in Ukraine — we come out and inspect on site |
| Service life | LED modules typically last around 50,000 hours; power supplies usually fail first — we replace them |
| Lead time | Simple repairs take a few working days, bigger jobs take longer; we confirm the timeline after inspection |
| Warranty & service | One year on our own signs and installation; servicing continues after the warranty on request |
| Third-party signs | We repair signs from any maker; we scope what can be restored during the on-site visit |
What goes into the price of a sign
The price of a sign depends on the facade, size and material, so we don't publish a single price list. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and you get an exact figure fast.
Size and dimensions
A bigger sign means more material, fixings and hours on the install. We size the letter height to your facade width and the distance the sign has to be read from.
Materials
Metal, acrylic, composite and PVC differ in both price and lifespan. A metal sign runs higher than PVC but lasts longer; at the survey we recommend the material for your facade and weather, not for the price list.
Lighting and electrics
A non-illuminated sign costs less than a lit one: no LED modules, power supply or electrical work. Front-lit and halo-lit price separately too, and neon and lightboxes are our own offerings with their own pages.
Installation
Install cost comes down to height, how hard the access is, and the wall material — brick, plaster, composite or glass. A sign over the entrance and a structure up under the roof are very different amounts of crew work and equipment.
Approvals and permits
Some builds — blade signs over the pavement, rooftop signs, stelae on a site — need a placement approval. Where that applies, we tell you what to file and fold it into the quote.
Layout complexity
A single word prices differently from a logo with fine detail, a set of plaques or a full floor of wayfinding. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and the 3D visualization on a photo of your facade comes after you confirm the order — so the look is agreed before manufacturing.
Simple signs are ready in a few working days, more complex structures take longer. The exact term is set in your quote.
