A-Frames & Figures

A-frames and life-size figures that stop passers-by right at your door. We make them at our own shop: design, production and delivery across Ukraine, turnkey — for cafes, shops and services with sidewalk traffic.

What we make

A-Frames & Figures

An A-frame is a portable, double-sided sign: you set it by the door in the morning and bring it inside at night. A life-size figure is a freestanding shape, 3D or flat, that catches the eye from a distance and sticks in memory.

It's simple point-of-entry advertising for a business with foot traffic — cafes, coffee shops, salons, shops. We print on street-durable materials, and the promo panel can be refreshed without replacing the whole structure. It works where you just need to say, plainly, that you're here and what you do.

  • Pavement A-frames in A-format — double-sided, frame-style and chalkboard, readable from both sides of the sidewalk
  • Life-size figures — 3D and flat shapes built around your character or logo, visible from a distance
  • A-frames for cafes and coffee shops — for menus and seasonal offers you change every week
  • Greeting figures for the entrance — a waiter, a barista or a brand mascot that meets your guests
  • Interchangeable print panels — swap the promo without replacing the whole frame
  • Advertising figures and A-frames for beauty salons, shops and services — point advertising where the traffic is

What we need to price it

The quote is free. What happens next depends on whether you already have artwork.

You have artwork

Send it with a photo of the site — we’ll say what has to change in the construction, and price it.

No artwork yet

We start with a survey — from photos of the facade or on site. We’ll advise on format and construction. The visualization comes once you confirm the order.

How we work

The result is on us

We start with a free on-site visit, measurement and quote. Once you confirm the order we prepare the design and a 3D visualization — you see the A-frame or figure on your real facade before anything is made. Manufacturing follows in our own Kyiv workshop: we cut the base, assemble the frame and print the face — about a week for an A-frame, more for a life-size figure. Then our own crew brings it over and sets it up. We run the full cycle: design, production, installation, service. Every job comes with a one-year warranty, and we keep servicing it afterwards.

Pricing

What goes into the price of a sign

The price of a sign depends on the facade, size and material, so we don't publish a single price list. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and you get an exact figure fast.

  • Size and dimensions

A bigger sign means more material, fixings and hours on the install. We size the letter height to your facade width and the distance the sign has to be read from.

  • Materials

Metal, acrylic, composite and PVC differ in both price and lifespan. A metal sign runs higher than PVC but lasts longer; at the survey we recommend the material for your facade and weather, not for the price list.

  • Lighting and electrics

A non-illuminated sign costs less than a lit one: no LED modules, power supply or electrical work. Front-lit and halo-lit price separately too, and neon and lightboxes are our own offerings with their own pages.

  • Installation

Install cost comes down to height, how hard the access is, and the wall material — brick, plaster, composite or glass. A sign over the entrance and a structure up under the roof are very different amounts of crew work and equipment.

  • Approvals and permits

Some builds — blade signs over the pavement, rooftop signs, stelae on a site — need a placement approval. Where that applies, we tell you what to file and fold it into the quote.

  • Layout complexity

A single word prices differently from a logo with fine detail, a set of plaques or a full floor of wayfinding. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and the 3D visualization on a photo of your facade comes after you confirm the order — so the look is agreed before manufacturing.

Simple signs are ready in a few working days, more complex structures take longer. The exact term is set in your quote.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

What affects the price of an A-frame or a life-size figure?

The type of structure, its size, the materials and the printing method — a life-size figure and an A-frame are priced differently. We'll name an exact figure after a free measurement: the quote is free and puts you under no obligation.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a one-year warranty on every structure, and we keep servicing it afterwards. If an A-frame needs a repair or a fresh print, write to us; we're here.

Do you only work across Ukraine?

Ukraine and Ukraine Oblast first. We also manufacture and deliver for Ukrainian businesses in the EU — Poland, Czechia, Germany.

Do I need a permit to put an A-frame outside the door?

It depends on the city — there's no single rule. An A-frame isn't fixed to the facade or the ground, so it usually doesn't need the permit a stationary sign does. Sidewalk displays on municipal pavement do fall under local by-laws, though, and some city centres restrict them — check with your municipality. The A-frame's advantage is that moving it takes a minute.

How does an A-frame cope with rain or winter?

Rain and frost usually do an A-frame no harm: plastic and composite don't rust, and the print holds up to moisture. The real enemy is strong wind — in a storm, take the sign in or weigh it down. Chalk lettering does wash off, so keep a chalkboard under an awning in bad weather.

What do you need from us to order a life-size figure?

An image of your character, mascot or logo is enough — we prepare the production artwork ourselves. If you have no graphics at all, we draw the figure from scratch from your brief and brand book. A vector file speeds things up but isn't required: we can redraw from a photo.
