It all comes down to one question: is your structure a sign or outdoor advertising. A sign is the name, logo and line of business over a company's own entrance — it tells people where to find you and runs by simpler rules. Outdoor advertising is billboards, banners, building-wall ads and structures that promote a product or brand away from your entrance. That's a different regime: a separate permit, a separate procedure and a separate fee for the space.
Even a "simple" name sign on a facade usually needs its placement approved — especially in the center, on listed architectural monuments, or for a large illuminated structure. A small plaque by the door, less often. We handle this documentation as a standalone service: we read your case honestly, without scare tactics, and take the filing off your plate. The result is on us
First we come out to your facade, look at the structure and the spot, and tell you honestly whether it's a sign or outdoor advertising and exactly what will need approving — the whole procedure follows from that. Then we prepare the package: sketch, site photos and a photomontage, the placement passport, and the list of property documents needed. We submit it to the relevant Ukraine City Administration (KMDA) subdivision and, where needed, coordinate with the district administration and other offices, keeping you posted. How we handle the permit
Request and free site visit
You leave a request — we come out to the facade and look at the structure and the spot. Right there we tell you whether it's a sign or advertising and what needs approving in your case.
Sketch and photomontage
We prepare a design mockup with dimensions, photograph the facade, and drop the sketch onto the photo — so you see exactly how it will look in place.
Documents and placement passport
We compile the sign passport (placement drawing) and gather the property's title documents. We'll flag anything missing so the package clears on the first try.
Filing and approval
We submit the package to the relevant KMDA (Ukraine City Administration) subdivision and, where needed, coordinate with the district administration. Timelines are set by the city: simple cases go faster, complex ones take longer.
Approved sign and installation
You get the approval. We manufacture the structure to the approved parameters and install it with our own crew — the sign is up legally, with a warranty and service afterwards.

What goes into the price of a sign
The price of a sign depends on the facade, size and material, so we don't publish a single price list. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and you get an exact figure fast.
Size and dimensions
A bigger sign means more material, fixings and hours on the install. We size the letter height to your facade width and the distance the sign has to be read from.
Materials
Metal, acrylic, composite and PVC differ in both price and lifespan. A metal sign runs higher than PVC but lasts longer; at the survey we recommend the material for your facade and weather, not for the price list.
Lighting and electrics
A non-illuminated sign costs less than a lit one: no LED modules, power supply or electrical work. Front-lit and halo-lit price separately too, and neon and lightboxes are our own offerings with their own pages.
Installation
Install cost comes down to height, how hard the access is, and the wall material — brick, plaster, composite or glass. A sign over the entrance and a structure up under the roof are very different amounts of crew work and equipment.
Approvals and permits
Some builds — blade signs over the pavement, rooftop signs, stelae on a site — need a placement approval. Where that applies, we tell you what to file and fold it into the quote.
Layout complexity
A single word prices differently from a logo with fine detail, a set of plaques or a full floor of wayfinding. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and the 3D visualization on a photo of your facade comes after you confirm the order — so the look is agreed before manufacturing.
