Signs for cafes & restaurants

TheFace makes turnkey signs for cafes, restaurants and bars across Ukraine: from design and a 3D visualization on your own facade to production and installation by our own crew. The name reads from the pavement by day and draws guests in at night.

What we make

Signs for cafes & restaurants

For a cafe or restaurant, the sign works on appetite and mood. A passer-by decides whether to come in within seconds, so the name has to read from a distance, and in the evening it should glow enough to be seen across the street.

We match the sign to the feel of the place: a cozy coffee shop, a loud bar or a quiet restaurant. We pick materials and lighting so it looks clean on the facade by day and turns warm and noticeable at night, when most of the trade happens.

  • 3D letters with the venue name — warm LED that reads well on an evening street
  • Illuminated signs in metal, acrylic and composite — built for Ukrainian weather
  • Non-illuminated signs in milled wood or metal — for craft coffee shops and bistros
  • Menu boards, A-frames and opening-hours plates by the entrance
  • Neon accents for bars and photo zones — a separate TheFace service
  • A lightbox over the entrance for bright evening glow — covered by our separate lightbox service
How we work

The result is on us

We start with a free visit to your venue and a survey of the facade. Once you confirm the order, we prepare a 3D visualization of the sign on a photo of your actual entrance, day and night, so you can see how the name will glow in the evening before anything is made. Then we manufacture the sign in metal, acrylic or composite and install it with our own crew of 10+ years' experience. You get a one-year warranty and ongoing service afterwards.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

Will the sign hold up to the street and weather outside a cafe?

Yes. For outdoor signs we use metal, acrylic and composite with weatherproof lighting, rated for rain, sun and frost. The sign keeps its look year-round above your entrance and on a summer terrace.

Which sign type suits a cafe — 3D letters, neon or a lightbox?

It depends on the facade and the mood of the place: warm-LED 3D letters give a premium look, neon is an accent for a bar or photo zone, and a lightbox gives maximum brightness over the entrance. At the free survey we suggest the type for your spot; neon and lightboxes are separate services of ours.

Can we add neon or a bright lightbox?

Yes. Neon accents work well in bars and photo zones, and a lightbox gives a bright evening glow over the entrance. Both are separate TheFace services, and we'll advise which suits your venue and facade best.
