Facade Branding

Facade branding is when the building reads from the street as one whole, not a patchwork of signs and films from different contractors. TheFace across Ukraine designs the facade and entrance, makes them in composite, and installs it all with its own crew in one go.

What we make

Facade Branding

A facade usually gets assembled over the years: one contractor put up the sign, another the window film, the canopy is a different color again, and the cables just run across the wall. From the street it reads as a collage. We pull it all into one system — shared color, typeface and proportions, with the cables hidden inside the frame.

The base is composite on a steel frame. It holds a flat, even surface with no waves or gaping seams, and we finish the entrance group — canopy, portal, wayfinding — in the same style. A standout sign, neon or a lightbox we build into the overall look as its own accent. And we don't work only at ground-floor level: higher up we go by lift or with rope-access climbers.

  • Composite facade cladding on a steel frame — a flat surface with no waves or visible fixings
  • Entrance group in one style: canopy, doorway portal, vestibule
  • A sign, 3D letters and windows pulled into one color and typeface
  • Exterior wayfinding: direction signs, door plaques, an opening-hours panel
  • Concealed facade and entrance lighting — cables hidden inside the frame
  • Rebranding an existing facade: we strip the old and update it to a new look
  • Facade branding for shops, cafes, salons, pharmacies and office entrances
How we work

The result is on us

We start with a free site visit: we measure the facade, assess the wall's condition, the entrance group, the fixing points and the viewing angle from the street — and quote the work precisely, with no surprises in the estimate. Once you confirm the order, we pull everything into a 3D visualization on a photo of your real facade, day and night, so the colors, typeface and proportions are agreed before manufacturing. The cladding is made from composite on a steel frame, with the cables hidden inside. Our own crew of 10+ years' experience installs it — by lift or with rope access where needed, and in stages so your business keeps running. Simple facades we finish in a few working days, complex ones with an entrance group take longer. Everything carries a one-year warranty, with service after it too.

Pricing

What goes into the price of a sign

The price of a sign depends on the facade, size and material, so we don't publish a single price list. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and you get an exact figure fast.

  • Size and dimensions

A bigger sign means more material, fixings and hours on the install. We size the letter height to your facade width and the distance the sign has to be read from.

  • Materials

Metal, acrylic, composite and PVC differ in both price and lifespan. A metal sign runs higher than PVC but lasts longer; at the survey we recommend the material for your facade and weather, not for the price list.

  • Lighting and electrics

A non-illuminated sign costs less than a lit one: no LED modules, power supply or electrical work. Front-lit and halo-lit price separately too, and neon and lightboxes are our own offerings with their own pages.

  • Installation

Install cost comes down to height, how hard the access is, and the wall material — brick, plaster, composite or glass. A sign over the entrance and a structure up under the roof are very different amounts of crew work and equipment.

  • Approvals and permits

Some builds — blade signs over the pavement, rooftop signs, stelae on a site — need a placement approval. Where that applies, we tell you what to file and fold it into the quote.

  • Layout complexity

A single word prices differently from a logo with fine detail, a set of plaques or a full floor of wayfinding. The visit, measurement and quote are free, and the 3D visualization on a photo of your facade comes after you confirm the order — so the look is agreed before manufacturing.

Simple signs are ready in a few working days, more complex structures take longer. The exact term is set in your quote.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

We already have a sign and windows — do you build the facade around them or replace everything?

Whichever suits you. We can keep a working sign and bring the whole facade up to it, or refresh it all together in one style. At the survey we look at what's already there, and once you confirm the order we show both options in 3D — you choose before manufacturing.

How do you work above the ground floor?

Depending on the height and access — by lift or with rope-access climbers, without scaffolding the whole facade. We settle the access method and the fixing points at the free survey, so the work is quoted accurately.

Can the facade be done without closing the business?

Yes. We schedule the install in stages and at convenient hours so the entrance stays usable. Noisy or dusty work is agreed in advance — a facade is usually refreshed without stopping the business.

How long does composite cladding last, and do the seams lift?

Composite on a steel frame is built for outdoors — it doesn't fade or warp in sun or frost. We hide the seams and fixings, so the surface stays flat for years. The work carries a one-year warranty, and service continues after it.

We're in another city — how do the survey and install work?

The same way as in Kyiv: we come to your site, measure the facade and quote the work. The structures are made at our Kyiv workshop, then delivered and installed by our own crew in one trip. Design approval and the 3D mockup happen remotely, so you never need to travel to us.

What do you need from us to start?

Just the address and a sense of what you want — we take it from there. If you have a brand book or a logo, we work from it; if not, we'll propose colors and a typeface to suit your business. The design and the 3D visualization on a photo of your facade come after you confirm the order.
